Still looking for wagering suggestions tonight's MNF game

Right now I'm seeing Browns +5 and the O/U at 47. Leaning towards Cleveland plus the points but spread has gone from 3.5 to 5 so worried a bunch of Sharps dropped coin on Santa Clara. Don't like the over cuz both Ds are good and I never trust unders cuz all it takes is a garbage time TD to ruin it.

What say you?

You should definitely go for Cleveland. The only reason it's so large now is because people are not idiots and are betting on the Browns to cover, so the various odds makers are skewing the line to encourage more betting on the 49ers.

Regardless, the house always wins...

You should definitely go for Cleveland. The only reason it's so large now is because people are not idiots and are betting on the Browns to cover, so the various odds makers are skewing the line to encourage more betting on the 49ers.

I think the Browns are more talented than the 49ers, but they have shown difficulty playing up to that expectation. I think the 49ers will win, especially since it's at home, but a Browns win wouldn't surprise me.

To me, this is a hard game to predict. No matter what, however, Vegas doesn't make odds based on who they think will win, it's all about keeping betting even so that they make a profit no matter what happens; as 5_Golden_Rings subtly alluded to.

Opposite man. The line was -3.5 and people were betting the niners to cover , so they increase the line to -5 to encourage more betting on the Browns...

That was a cancerous performance. I guess it's theoretically possible that the Browns could have played more poorly than that, but I don't see how.
