They will move him back to guard and he will go to the pro-bowl.

sportrac.com: Germain Ifedi signed a 1 year, $1,047,500 contract with the Chicago Bears, including a $137,500 signing bonus, $137,500 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $1,047,500. In 2020, Ifedi will earn a base salary of $910,000 and a signing bonus of $137,500, while carrying a cap hit of $887,500 and a dead cap value of $137,500.

So that means Seahawks starter of 4 years, on open market, demands vet minimum salary...??? There are some pretty big implications there; both negative on past decisions and a lot of positives for the future.

There's a typo in those numbers somewhere, right? Wasn't he supposed to have a hot market? Heck, if he was gonna go for the vet minimum, I'd probably have said the Seahawks should sign him.

For that money, John should have sign him especially when his replacement isn’t that much of an upgrade but cost a lot more.

For the record, Fant isn’t that much better.

I'd forgotten about the Fant signing. Wild that he got so much more money than Ifedi, yet he never cracked the starting lineup with the Hawks.
