STL Today: 49ers' respect for Rams only go so far

Saw this article where 9ers players discuss the impact of playing against the Rams this year.

So the Rams definitely got San Francisco’s attention in 2012, but several 49ers still list Seattle as their main rival.

“The St. Louis games are great, but we don’t see them as our rivals though,” said tight end Delanie Walker, a Central Missouri State product.

“The most physical team we played is the Rams,” Seely said.

I think the Rams will continue to be a serious threat for the Hawks and Niners next year. I like the will to win against division opponents that the Rams present.

I was thinking the same thing but then figured he probably was referring to the fact that the Rams never lost to the 9ers where as the Seahawks did.
