So Jon Beason Signed a huge contract but the Panthers are in a tight spot with Cap Problems, We definetly need a vet to fill Leroy Hills spot , the draft may get us someone but what about a trade with Carolina maybe a 4th rd pick and we split up his salary with Carolina?

He had a ACL surgery but will be back in July, I would like to see him on our roster!

I trust this FO to find linebackers in the draft and am pretty happy with the ones they have brought in. I don't see the need to go after costlier veterans (especially one with an ACL problem) to be starters.

The way the defense is architected, IMO, is based on key components in the secondary and up front on DL. Less emphasis on LBs. I believe they are going to look hard at upgrading the DL this offseason. Therefore, they can look at LB (KJ Wright/Bobby Wagner types in the draft) to complete the LB spots.
