In an Odd Twist...Pats Flexed OUT of SNF

Week 16 matchup between the Patriots and the Ravens has been flexed out of Sunday Night Football in favor of The Bears/Eagles game. With the Bears/Eagles game, now off of FOX, this should open up a few opportunities for people in those areas to perhaps see the Seahawks game that week. Although the Saints/Panthers is still going to likely get the most coverage.

Mad props to Chip Kelly, Nick Foles and Desean McCoy (not to mention McCown).

Seems like a strange move, considering that the Patriots/Ravens game has playoff implications.

Looking ahead at the schedule for week 17, I wonder if they want to flex the Bengals/Ravens game and didn't want to have the Ravens in back to back weeks?

Good point, that game may have a lot of meaning if the Bengals don't beat Pittsburgh this weekend.
