Pat Tillman.. It's been 10 years.

Some may be to young to remember.
This MAN, turned down a contract extension in the NFL, to join the U.S. Army, 8 months post, 9/11 terrorist attack on our nation. He was killed in a friendly fire incident while hunting down the people responsible for the attack.

Always sad when a soldier is killed like that. I was still active duty then and very proud of Tillman for doing what he believed in.

Yep, very sad day.

I could go off on the situation and how the aftermath was handled by numerous entity's but this isn't the PWR forum so I'll leave it at that.
