Austin Davis Named Starter for the Rams

Barring a couple bad picks late against the Cowboys, Davis has surpassed expectations. Cowboys D got lit up by STL which appears to be more impressive after Breesse and the Saints did very little. He hasn't played any legit D's, yet. His journey has only just begun. Philly's D doesn't scare anyone, though. It's interesting either way.

Hats off to the guys on here who spotted Davis in the draft. You're looking pretty smart right now.

The talk about Hill being the starter when he came back was always stupid. He has less ability than Davis, and far less of a future if Davis is any good at all. If they roll with Hill, the 2014 season is going to be a repeat of 2013 with Clemens. If they roll with Davis, maybe something amazing happens. It would be silly to start Hill over Davis until Davis proves he's not the guy.
