USMNT U-23 - Olympic Qualifying *Squad Announced*

  • The USMNT finished 3rd in CONCACAF qualifing with means we are in a 2 leg play off against Colombia. The first game is on Friday the 25th, and the return leg is on the 29th.


    Coach Andi Hertzog has announced his call ups for the series. Pretty normal stuff (if you follow the U23's) with the only big name missing being Carter-Vickers who is currently injured.

  • No John Brooks or Deandre Yedlin means they're most likely a lock to be called up to the senior team for the WC qualifier against Guatemala next week.

  • I'd assume yedlin and brooks are senior team players, if not starters.

    Both should be locks, and with the injury to Fabian Johnson I think both should be starters.
