This is unusual to see and I cannot recall the Yanks ever selling.I think they have made a killing in the trades with Indians and Cubs.They likely will be releasing Tex/Aroid due to their super high contracts but will probaly trade Beltran.I dunno if this is a good idea but I wouldn't mind Nova/Warren for the M's,we have been good trade partners in past so there is that.I have to say the Yankees probaly will be back sooner than later due to trades and ability to outspend anyone for any FA.I don't like it but it's always been that way.

Yankees are being smart for once. Signing overpaid "has-beens" hasn't worked out for them. They are finally putting together a good farm system and will have some money to work with this offseason.

Yankees haven't had a good farm in decades. Cashman finally figured it out.

Just got rid of Beltran for the Rangers top pitching prospect (last years overall number 4 pick). On a side note, Texas just traded for Lucroy. They're very much going for it here, although I thought they'd add starting pitching instead.
