Same old Liverpool day one. Offense looks great even without Coutinho. But... and I mean come on.. that defense.

Liverpool is kind of like the English national team. They think they can just roll out the ball and the name will win them every game.

Liverpool have their issues but it has nothing to do with believing the 1980s were yesterday
Uncle Si wrote:I did. All while Coutinho squirms and Arsenal fans suffer. I then see Liverpool agree on Keita (finally) and are very A to e on other targets. Plus the Champs league draw and not much to complain about (except Liverpools defense of course)

After a melt down like this I always switch to Arsenal fan TV to watch the post match meltdown. Then Sky sports for Carragher and Thierry Henry to catch their reactions.

Doesn't want to play wing back there either. I think he might end up at Liverpool.

Indeed the squad is so small no way they can go deep in Europe, FA Cup and Leauge play. This team could be facing major burn out this coming winter. Either they pull these players back from loans or pray for a big January window. At this point, they do not need a big name they need a lot of decent players to increase team depth.

agreed, but more concerning is that atleast 2 and perhaps more of those exact type of players chose to play elsewhere or remain put instead of joining Chelsea.
I have not heard of any drama outside Costa, so unsure why the Champions are having a hard time attracting people.

Honestly I've not seen anything like it. (Atleast not from a team who wasn't recently promoted) Have they scored?
This is Manchesters league. Which Manchester is really up to them. Was really impressed with City today. Pep and his system are overrated for me. He needs the worlds best. But he damn near has it and they look the part
