Where you will promptly lose against a team that can actually finish. Portscum is lucky to be up a goal with the way they played Saturday. LA will destroy them, if Seattle doesn't do it first.

I like that you had to insult your own team to try and make the Timbers look worse.

Also, Portland is 2-0-1 against LA this year. I'm more worried about RSL if they can get past the Galaxy.

5-3 on aggrevate, and a 3-2 win at home after being up 3-0. That wasnt convincing?

anyways, Sounders back line was all over the place last night. the Timbers were fantastic at taking advantage of it, not just on the goals but the constant ability to flip the field. Their high pressing defense made it very difficult for the Sounders to generate consistent possession, and they were smart enough to back off entirely when Seattle managed to break it. Very good set up by Caleb Porter.

Until the 3rd goal I thought Seattle still had a chance, but I think this one comes down to Seattle's failure to finish their chances in the first tie.
