I'm okay with it. You can still pop a guy when he's standing between you and the plate with the ball. That should be the only time it happens anyway.

I saw Pete Rose hit Ray Fosse in the all star game that meant nothing and that hit finished Fosse's career. I've been ready for that to change since that day.

I've always thought it's bs that a catcher could block the plate without even having the ball yet, it's interference at any other base to do that but home. If this change stops that then I'm all for it.
