Public access to non-motorized vehicle areas is under threat as well.

The linked message is directed toward people taking care of our heritage, making better decisions and the need to clean up after the irresponsible.

The litter fine where I live is up to $6,250 and/or 1 year in prison. And although enforcement tools are evolving at an unprecedented rate, there is still a lot out there to clean up and monitor.

Location
On the lake, Livingston Texas
Public land in the NW is one of the things I miss most.
Public land in Texas is almost non existent.
Take care of what you have, and encourage others to do the same.
The land you have access to is a blessing, even if you don't use it.
Remember this if nothing else, in regards to public land.
Once you loose it, almost NEVER will you get it back.
