College event in Seattle?

I was at the Seattle airport yesterday and watched a few college planes land.. Oregon, Boise State, U of I, and I'm pretty sure San Diego State.. I could not for the life of me figure out what was going on, because most of those schools are in completely different conferences. Maybe track?

I know UofW track was at Drake in Des Moines over the weekend... not because i'm a fan. just know some soccer players at Drake that mentioned it
