MLK Appreciation Thread

  • I wish more people respected and appreciated MLK for who he was as a human being, someone who fought to bring equal rights to a race of humans, to end the oppression and ignorance that still sadly exists today.

    For many this is merely a day off from work and/or school.

    My hope for today is reflection and the commitment to continue fighting for justice and equality for all human beings regardless of race, sex, politics, etc.
