  • Nothing better for driving to than Tool. Could listen to Led Zeppelin endlessly without getting tired of it. Since both of those already have albums mentioned a will put a couple out there I haven't seen yet:

  • I picked one album by each artists -- tough, because how do I pick between OK Computer, The Bends, and In Rainbows? or Unforgettable Fire, Joshua Tree, and Achtung Baby! -- a lot of my favorite artists have 3 albums that I love equally...

    Radiohead: In Rainbows

Smashing Pumpkins: Melon Chollie and the Infinite Sadness

    Buddy Holly: (Self Titled)

Queen: Highlander Soundtrack (the very rare bootleg one, with New York, New York)

Eva Cassidy: Live at Blues Alley

    Bob Dylan: Highway 61 Revisted

Cranberries: Everyone Else is Doing it, Why Can't We?

    Pink Floyd: The Wall

    Richard Burmer: Bhakti Point

    U2: Achtung Baby!

    Israel Kaʻanoʻi Kamakawiwoʻole: Facing Future

    Chili Peppers: Californication

    Journey: Infinity

    Blitzen Trapper: American Goldwing

    The Cars: Candy Oh

    Fleetwood Mac: Rumours

    AC/DC: Back in Black

The Rolling Stones: Let it Bleed

    William Orbit: Strange Cargo III

Poison is what happens to music when record companies, producers and DJ's snort so much cocaine that they get deviated septums and brain damage.

The good news is Poison and the other super craptastic hair bands of the 80's is the reason the grunge era was born.

  • No doubt, so funky, so creative. Listened to it daily, and still listen to it all the time to this day.
Then seeing them at Lollapalooza after that album came out, amazing show. That rhythm section is tight.

  • Bumping this back up so I can add The Doobie Brothers - The Captain and Me. The song South City Midnight Lady is presently on an endless loop in my head, at least until I go to sleep and it gets replaced by something else tomorrow!

    South City Midnight Lady,
    I'm much obliged indeed.
You sure did help this man
    whose soui was in need.
I thought that there was no reason
for all these things that I do,
but the smile that I sent out
    returned with you...
