  • Celery is a curse from God and should be eradicated from the planet. That is all.

In related news, though no pics, I recently made stuffed peppers where the peppers were stuffed with Philly Cheesesteak makings. I highly recommend it.

  • We use cream cheese mixed with parmesan, shrimp, garlic and spinach or some dill topped with mozzarella.

They tend to go fast and we make like 40 large mushrooms at a time usually a holiday thing, they are rich though.

I approve this message, but I also have to point out that you have no ending punctuation on your post. If you're going to correct someone's spelling/grammar, your own reply should be flawless, IMO. ;)

That's just laziness, not lack of knowledge and therefore acceptable. If it were a question the punctuation would be present

Actually the celery and green onion was just something I had on hand and needed to use before going to waste.

This by no means is an exact science/recipe.

The celery was chopped so fine that only the most sensitive pallet would notice.

I, like mentioned, will use cream cheese and spinach if I have some but didn’t.

I’m aware but it auto spelled on me, I didn’t notice before I hit submit.
The app I use doesn’t allow editing titles for some goofy reason.
