  • One of those actors that was magnetic in a movie, seen Spartacus several times, in fact night before last, also The Vikings, War Wagon with John Wayne, There was a Crooked Man and some other Westerns.

Just another icon of my youth that has passed on, glad he was able to have a full life, 103 isn't a span one could say was too early.

  • An incredible man and his wife. When I lived in Culver City the both donated millions for playground apparatus for kids in the area. They did much more than that.

    A great man forever.

  • Not to sound funny, but I had no idea he was still alive, and then I heard he was 103 and was shocked.

  • I saw a mention of a bumper sticker the other day, which (although it is totally illogical) I found quite funny.

"If Elvis Presley was still alive, he'd probably be dead by now."
