  • Thank you Hawkfan509. I wasn't very familiar with John Prine, BUT he played a part in a Seahawks connection I mentioned in my very first post here, which was a few years ago now.

    I've got a couple of cassette tapes of his music, sent to me by a (Seahawks fan) guy in Virginia in the mid 1990s, who was the very first person I ever emailed/befriended who I didn't actually know. We swapped some favourite music, etc at the time (on tape and zip-spanned floppy discs). Haven't listened to them for many years, but I did enjoy them back then, despite it not really being a "genre" I knew much of.

    My tape deck is still perfectly functional - must listen to these.
