WSU gave Oregon a game last year for a half, I think it was 23-19, then it was 53-19 in an instant. Halliday is throwing it well, but that means nothing for the second half.

Entertaining half so far though.

Cougs seem to give us one of our toughest games every year. it's weird.

Btw, De'anthony Thomas is pulling a Clowney. Dude's jumping around and running all over on the sidelines. He's gotta nut up and get on the field. Kind of pissing me off.
Too bad they give it right back.

Last two Oregon touchdowns have included a missed block in the back and a holding call. Not sure it would have mattered if they called them anyway, Oregon is too quick and WSU can't tackle to save their life. Hit, stick and drive.

Another lazy, stupid throw by Halliday, complete roughing the passer that wasn't called. Whatever.

Holy late hit on the QB, he had him wrapped up then body slammed him.

Another Oregon touchdown...hey, at least they didn't hold there.

I think WSU's defense is a little gassed.

Mike Leach designs one hell of a passing scheme.

And there's the classic Halliday I've been waiting for!

Is slant, slant, slant, slant really a great passing design?

If you think the scheme is slant slant slant you aren't paying attention.

Another idiotic Halliday interception, I am going to do cartwheels when he leaves. I can't believe he is only a junior. Thanks Paul Wulff!

To put over 400 yards on this secondary? I'd say that's doing something pretty darn good. And that's not with a ton of great talent.

A) It was a joke

B) It had an element of truth to it, because when I made the joke, it was 3 slants out of the last 4 plays.

Seems like you should be able to recruit a big time QB to come play in this offense. I know the Paloose isn't a big time destination spot, but this offense has to be awfully appealing.

They've got a four star recruit redshirting this year. I'll deal with this anger as long as they don't burn that redshirt.

At this rate Oregon might break 80 points.

Nothing like playing the best team in the country to get a good idea of every weakness you have. WSU needs stronger receivers, better qb, more speed everywhere, faster linebackers and a gamebreaker at halfback. Just bigger, stronger and faster at every position. They got rolled tonight.
