I saw the same pic on fb except on the left is said "conservative" and on the right it said "liberal."
Either way it's cute.

I'm not sure which point someone is trying to make.
If they are trying to simplify it I think the small kid should be getting shot and lay dead in the parking lot of a WalMart while the tall kid should be sitting in the luxury box.

Looks like an argument for public assistance to me, maybe even a progressive tax system. Although I'm not entirely sure it's accurately depicting a difference between equality and justice, as though the two are somehow mutually exclusive or something.
