Should EJ Manuel be rated higer?

I don't see him as a viable option for Seattle, even if he lasted til say the 4th round. Too similar to Josh Portis IMO.
In the high rounds (1-4) I'd prefer Matt Scott. In the low rounds(5-UDFA), I'd still prefer BJ Daniels.

IMO, Buffalo picked wrong. There's a reason some teams continue to pick in the top 10, year after year.

I don't know if the Bills picked right or not, but in a league obsessed with the next Russell Wilson, Manuel's the choice. His intangibles are way high, that's why he went higher, IMO.

But...

I think he's 1A to Geno, personally.
