I know what you mean. The thing is that when it happened to us in 2010 against the hated Flyers, we learned from it and won the Cup the next year. You guys have a better team than I thought going into the series and Reimer is a fine goalie. If you guys can keep the core players together, you will make more noise next season.

As far as the way the rest of the playoffs will go, I fully expect to see my Bruins make the finals. I am happy that we are getting a couple of days off. Our schedule has been brutal the past two months and a couple days to rest is going to pay off.

Yes... if there is a positive it's us Leaf fans have lots of practice in disappointment to lessen the sting

Should have 3 more terrific series, cant wait. Both conference finals have two teams with highly contrasting styles.

Penguins in 6. Kings in 7.

Penguins, then over Kings in 7.

Yea, it'll be interesting. Bold prediction with the Kings. Awful hard to go back to back, especially in a mix with three other teams who have also won it in the last four years. No champion this year would surprise me, and it will have been a well-fought, well-earned one for sure. Good to see the best four teams come out on top in the playoffs.

That was a pretty incredible last 90 seconds. Happy Chicago won, but happier that the NHL playoffs were once again totally awesome.

Congrats to the Blackhawks. Maybe next year Seattle competes for the cup?

I grew up in Chicago in love with hockey and the Blackhawks.

Stan Makita, Bobby Hull, Glenn Hall, Pierre Pilote, and Eric Nesterenko were my favorite players.

Last night's finish was unbelievable!!
