    Hopefully change back to a championship mindset. Same culture as SF, KC, NE back in it's heyday, Dallas, Pittsburgh back in there heyday. Conference championships or bust.

    Just my opinion. Carroll was a good personnel guy but terrible in-game coach. Holgrem was a great in-game coach and knew how to get the most out of his players week in week out.

    What good is a first round QB when your OLine is garbage? Been asking that question ever since the draft. What good is a DB, WR, or QB when your trenches are as soft as a down blanket? 🤷
