I would rather have Justin Jefferson at $140 million/4 years than Brandon Aiyuk at $120 million/4 years. That's probably what the 49ers thought. But I'm sure the Vikings felt the same way.

Reports now say that the 49ers were willing to trade Aiyuk for a 2nd and a 3rd, as long as they could get a workable reciever in the trade. The reports say they would have settled for Jakobi Meyers or Courtland Sutton.
