If you ever watched Deion you'd remember that he avoided tackling at all costs. His skills were in shutting down the WR so he didn't have to tackle. Two completely different players.

One is like a German Shepard. - He scare you and keep you out of the house so you can't cause any trouble.
The other is a Doberman. - He'll let you in the house so he can terrorize you once you're inside and on his turf.

Exactly right. Dion would undercut for a tackle but putting arms around someone? no chance.
