Here’s how.
1. We would have not gotten off the field goal in time to end the half somehow. Even Ivy League mathematicians can’t figure out how.
2. We would have called timeout during the Niners punt challenge giving the refs more time to see the proper angle.
3. We would have challenged DK’s foot in the endzone thus losing a timeout we needed at the end of the game.
4. We would have still run non stop in the second half even after the Niners stacked the box only to start throwing with 1:23 left in the fourth (because that’s when you win the game).
5. Pete would have been so proud in his presser that the guys “battled like heck” and they would have won had they only executed.
5. On Monday we would have sent DK, Hall, and a 3rd for an average safety because we are “just one piece away”.
Go ahead and punish me Pete lovers! I’ve got a pinched nerve in my neck, just went into overdraft for the first time in 25 years, and have gained 15 pounds whilst trying to lose weight. I can take anything.
