Round 1 Pick #18 - Nick Emmanwori, S South Carolina

At 6'3 220 pounds with a 40 time of 4.38 seconds, Emmanwori has the size, strength and speed NFL defensive coordinators dream of. A nasty striker who punishes ball carriers, Emmanwori's elite tackle radius and high route recognition ability allow him to quickly diagnose plays then seek and destroy the opponent like a heat seeking missile. With 88 tackles (57 solo) and 4 INT's, Emmanwori paired with Julian Love could potentially be one of the best safety tandems in the NFL.
Round 2 Pick #50 - Trey Amos, DB Ole Miss

An exceptional press-man technician with great spatial awareness, Amos has the ability to lock down recievers and squeeze routes to the boundary. In 2024, opposing QB's combined for a total QBR of 57.7 when targeting him. His violent hands allow him to disrupt timing and dictate reciever releases in man coverage, while also possessing the necessary speed to blanket his man and recover quickly if beaten. A fearless tackler with great technique, Amos has all the tools you would want in a NFL DB. Amos, Tariq (not Riq) and Witherspoon?? Yes please!!
Round 2 Pick #52 - Wyatt Milum, OG West Virginia

Wyatt Milum. The 6'6 313 pound behemoth with 32 1/8 inch arms is a local product of West Virginia where he earned All-American honors in both high school and College. Surrendering only 3 sacks as a freshman starter at right tackle, Milum went on to finish his collegiate career allowing zero sacks in his following 3 seasons as the full time starter at LT for the Mountaineers. Milum has outstanding upper body strength that produces great power with his initial strike that can stop defenders dead in their tracks. His core lower body strength is just as impressive. He anchors well against power rushers rarely giving ground, has great feet with an explosive first step allowing him to beat defenders to the punch and round them out in run blocking. An OT in college who is projected to transition to guard in the NFL, Milum is strong and durable with a high football IQ that would be an instant plug and play starter on Day 1 for any NFL team looking to solidfy the interior of their offensive line.
Round 3 Pick #82 - Jack Bech, WR TCU

The 6'1 214 pound reciever out of TCU has slowly climbed up the draft boards of many draft analysts. Bech began his collegiate career at LSU where he led the Tigers with 43 receptions as a true freshman. After a sophomore season that garnered him limited opportunities, Bech transferred to TCU where he exploded for 1034 yards and 9 touchdowns.
Bech possess elite catch focus consistently maneuvering through traffic with seemingly great ease. He has strong hands which he uses to catch the ball with flawlessly, rather than relying on his body to absorb the reception. Excells in finding soft spots in zone coverage. Currently slated to be a late round 2 or early round 3 pickup.
Round 3 Pick #92 - Ashton Gillote, EDGE Louisville

Ashton Gillote is a 6'2 276 pound EDGE that can be a force in both the run and pass game. Tallying 43 tackles (23 solo) and 5 sacks, Gillotte was a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks all season long. He has exceptional play strength when setting the edge against larger tackles and is able to steer guards into the backfield seemingly at will. Has a natural ability to stack, shed and control blocks at the point of attack. He has probably the best bull rush in the entire class, but is also able to counter with rips and swims when tackles anchor down. Possessing great closing burst for a player of his size. Extremely high motor player that plays in 5th gear from whistle to whistle.
Round 4 Pick #137 - Luke Kandra, OG Cincinnati

Luke Kandra at 6'5 319 pounds, is a ferocious run blocker who plays violently, but under control, from whistle to whistle. He excels at opening run lanes with an explosive first step and quick feet that allow him to progress to the 2nd level seamlessly. He surrendered just one sack in his two seasons at Cincinnati.

Round 5 Pick #172 - Ty Robinson, DT Nebraska

Ty Robinson was a defensive stalwart for the Nebraska Cornhuskers in 2024 finishing the season with 37 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and 7 sacks. He was a major factor as to how Nebraska was able to post its best rushing defense (92.9 ypg) since joining the Big10 in 2011. A versatile defender who can lineup everywhere along the defensive line from the 0 to the 5 technique. A quick first step and powerful frame equals offensive guards in their QB's lap more times than not. High motor player with relentless effort who will continue to pursue downfield well after others have given up. His pro comparison is Jarran Reed, which sets him up well to pair with Byron Murphy as the heavys in the middle in Seattle's future.

Round 5 Pick #175 - Jackson Hawes, TE Georgia Tech

Posting modest numbers in 2024 (16 catches for 195 yards) the 6'4 241 pound tight end had his presence best felt in run support. Widely considered the best blocking TE in this year's draft, Hawes was a powerful run blocker who consistently pancaked defensive ends and linebackers in the ACC. He does have reliable hands in the short and intermediate areas and demonstrated good catch ability as well as ball security in the limited amount of snaps he was afforded. Would be a great piece for any team looking to improve their run game.

Round 7 Pick #223 - Aaron Smith, LB South Carolina State

In 2024 Smith finished with 95 tackles 8.5 TFL's and half a sack. A strong defender with quick mobility and sideline to sideline speed, Smith would be best utilized as a Will linebacker where he would be free to hunt from the backside and chase plays in open space. Has shown great ability to cover running backs and is a above-average blitzer with good closing speed and flexibility that allows him to dip under blocks and get to the Quarterback.

Round 7 Pick #234 - Esa Pole, OT Washington State

Pole is an intriguing prospect. He played basketball in Highschool and did not start playing football until his 1st year at Chabot Community College in 2021. Transferred to Washington State prior to the 2023 season where he was a 2 year starter at LT. At 6'7 320 pounds, Pole is a mountain of a man and definitely plays like you would hope someone of that size would. He has great feet and agility. He surprisingly moves very well and is able to mirror defenders despite being bigger than most players on the field. A solid core, good football IQ and pure raw strength help Pole vanquish defenders almost effortlessly. Granted, he is still new to the game so he does need to work on his technique, but he has all the tools you would want from an NFL lineman. His skill set is so impressive that given the right circumstances and coaching, Pole has the potential to mirror another Polynesian stalwart who was also at one point new to the game of football, but has now transformed into one of its best. That player is Jordan Milata.
