Nintendo Jersey (sponsor patch)

Earlier today the Mariners social media team announced the Nintendo sponsor patch will be on both home and away jerseys.

My take? Go with a blue or black patch, not the red.

They wouldn't have to make the patches so big if they let players juice again their muscles would stretch it out

I'm sure there is a Mario Party-themed bobble head night, hat, and jersey in the works.

As an 80s kid who grew up on the NES there are worse sponsor patches out there, and I'm not arguing the Nintendo symbol isn'tred. My gripe is that the red doesn't work with any of our various uniforms.

Sad. I was rather proud that we were one of the teams that didn't have sponsor patches on their unis. Oh well.

I can do without the sponsor on the uniform. I hate when sports does that. Besides, with that added money, it's not like it's going to be spent on the team, just in Stanton's bank account
