Come on now, does anyone really think the Jets, will get a full season out of this assclown? The guy who can't perform come playoff time anyway?

I'm betting he's gone by week 4. The Jets are cursed!

He'll end up on IR, retiring, and maybe replaced by Flacco...

Edited to say, this came off like I hope it happens, and that is NOT the case. I just am skeptical of a guy his age making it all year; seems like they should have better backup options this year if they have real hopes.

God willing, no one will be hurt too badly, and hopefully no career enders for anyone all year!

I'd have to say Kirk Cousins is also worth betting on, maybe Sam Bradford Matthew Stafford too, he is getting up in years. Not that I wish it to, just what I expect. I of course hope all players get through the season uninjured, even Erin, who I think is an overrated idiot.

I have to say, as often as QBs do get injured, I feel better about Sam Howell than I did Lock. Lock wasn't hot garbage, but I think our backup situation is much improved.

Sam Bradford... "earned" a total of $130M during his 8-year career.

He started 83 games for an average of $1.56M/start.

He threw for a total of 103 TDs for an average of $1.26M/TD thrown.

Thank GOD the NFLPA finally got a rookie pay scale into the CBA following Bradford's rookie season.

Rodgers could be on IR after week 1 again... as they play the 40-Whiners on MNF.

Just looking at the Jets schedule... I can't believe that they have SIX primetime games this year??? wtf

No one's taking RCW? I can't see him making it past week 4. Steelers will want to see what they have in Fields and he'll get sacked 16 times before then. I still think he has multiple undiagnosed concussions. House should work for the NFL.

Injuries can happen to anyone but I think who gets them is hard to predict.

Rodgers has only missed more than 1 game is 3 of the 15 seasons he has been a starter so hardly a history of being injury prone. Of the Players in the modern era who played older than Rodgers is now, (Favre, Brees, Moon and Brady) all played out all or nearly all their remaining seasons until retirement.

Sure another season ending injury is likely to lead to Rodger's retirement but I am not convinced he is more likely to go on IR than someone like Caleb Williams.

If I had to make a bet I'd say week 4 @ home against the Patriots.
Short time between games and playing on the same turf that wrecked him the first time

He’ll make it 16 weeks. The jets will be 11-5, ESPN will be sucking them off everyday. Then bam, Erin is out for the playoffs. First round exit.
