PFF ranked Seattle's offensive line at 25th this week, up 2 slots from last week. But PFF said its performance last week against the Dolphins was abysmal, allowing 16 pressures and 3 sacks on 37 dropbacks.

The line was so uniformly bad that Stone Forsythe ended up with the highest ranking on the O-line. PFF said, "Forsythe finished Week 3 with the highest PFF overall grade (73.2) and the highest PFF pass-blocking grade (77.0) on the Seahawks' offensive line."

Too bad you have to put 5 people on the line or else I would throw out there just one center to snap the ball and 4 more wide receivers and have Geno have his pick of the litter on who to get rid of the ball really quick to.

One of the hallmarks of a John Schneider O-line is being in the bottom 10 in most metrics.
Yea - I really don't like this.

I wish they would fix it. It's just so ******* glaring year after year. Then our QB has ZERO time to throw.

So, we end up going with a quick pass game - 1.4 seconds, and the run game. Until the RB inevitably gets hurt.

I really hope this isn't rinse and repeat.

Stone will be tested this week by Huchingson, so will Cross. This far Stone has been improving game by game, with help from a TE or RB, he might just survive this game

Don't be too surprised that our 25th ranked OL moves to 20th when the rankings comes out next week. Why? I am a homer, but also because Connor and Bradford may improve their game some.

Connor came back from a major injury and didn't have a training camp, he is learning a new system and getting back to o game shape. Bradford has all the measurables but lack game experience as he didn't play much in college, he is younger than Christian Haynes by the way :)

I had them at:
Week 1 - 33rd
Week 2 - 31st
Week 3 - 29th

I figured if they improved a little each week they'd be a top-16 line by the end of the year. I would be perfectly happy with that miraculous turnaround.

Let's be realistic...... We played the three worse teams in the NFL thus far.

Not much of an improvement from the line from last year. This will be reality as long as Schneider remains with the team

They're 2-2, 1-2, 1-2. Apart from us, 2-1, 1-1, 1-1. 4-3 total. Definitely not the worst teams.
I agree they are not the worst 3 teams but we had a bit of luck when we played them. Week 1, was Bo Nix's first game in the NFL and he struggled a lot but has improved in the last couple of weeks. I didn't see the the Pats win against the Bengals but we needed OT to beat them and the Jets beat them easily. The Dolphins were a very different team with Tua out.

Perceived weak teams have been putting in a lot of Ws against teams expected to beat them easily. It is too early to say if the power rankings have completely flipped or the games were outliers. Not slipping up against weak teams is an essential part of a successful season.

How many games would this have to keep up before Scott Huff is no longer exempt of the criticism that most of our recent coordinators and position coaches have been routinely subject to?

Apparently, it could be worse. The Browns boards are replete with fans furious at the play of Nick Harris, who apparently played a huge role in the team losing today to a Raiders team missing their two best players, just one week after getting massacred at home by the Panthers.
