I'm looking for help on watching games over streaming apps. I recently moved and my antenna has horrible reception now, so I've been forced to use some streaming apps. I am not looking for any illegal apps, but want to know what others are using.

I pay for NFL+ right now and it's okay, but I can't always watch the Seahawks game and it doesnt like to let me cast my phone to my TV. I also have Peacock and that let's me watch SNF.

Does anyone have anything they like? I've heard Fubo isn't bad but wanted to get some opinions.

Hulu live is good, but it’s expensive. But you also get everything with it except mariners. I have to keep Hulu for my wife’s shows and that’s where I watch the hawks. But I had to get fubu to watch the mariners, I don’t know how the hawks games are on fubu. One complaint is that I never seem to be able to get the hawks broadcasters. Usually I gotta listen to ex-players from the other team 😤

I have Fubo... but mostly because they carry Root Sports Northwest, which carries the Mariners games. I used to also have a subscription to Hulu, but I have since cancelled that.

As it turns out, Fubo is sports-friendly in general... and recording upcoming NFL games being locally broadcast on FOX, CBS and NBC affiliates is a breeze. Fubo also includes the ESPN channel, so you're covered for MNF as well.

I have a subscription to Prime for online shopping, so I'm covered for TNF as well.

Occasionally, I like to watch a college football game. For those, I have a cheap subscription with ESPN+ so I can watch the games on the ESPN streaming app.

I'm happy with Fubo for the time being.

I agree with your complaint about not getting the Hawks broadcasters, but the crews I've been getting are the national crews from either FOX or CBS... not the opposing team's home broadcasters.

Does fubu let you cast to your TV? The NFL+ app blocks it specifically and I don't want to watch it on my phone.

Yeah I was getting the fox crews and stuff but the color commentator was a giant against the giants and pretty sure we had a patriot against the patriots, or else we gotta listen to Troy aikmen who has the personality of a splinter

I hear ya... but the fundamental problem is there are no ex-Seahawks on either the FOX, CBS, ESPN, NBC, Prime and NFL channel broadcast teams except for Sherm... and he doesn't do color... and he's also an ex-Whiner... so he cancels himself out.

Yes... definitely. I record all of the Hawks games by setting a team recording.

I typically watch the games on a 30-45 minute delay so I can FF through commercials and halftime (if I want to).

On Fubo recordings, I can "see" when the commercials are over on the time-line bar... but on Hulu recordings, I was stuck FF-ing "in the blind", which can be quite frustrating.

Fubo is considerably better than Hulu for ease of recording and ease of watching recorded Hawks (and other) games.

My advice... give Fubo a trial month (minimum subscription period)... and you'll ditch Hulu in a heartbeat if your primary focus is Seahawks (and other NFL games broadcast on FOX, CBS, NBC and ESPN).

And no, I don't work for Fubo. I've been retired since 2016.

Another benefit with Fubo, I'm currently recording the Huskies game against Indiana to watch after breakfast.

Yes, Fubu lets you broadcast to your TV, provided you have a smart TV or have a streaming device like a Roku connected to your TV (typically with an HDMI cable).

Once you're subscribed, add the Fubo app to your smart TV if it isn't already preloaded), or add it to your streaming device (like a Roku) (if it isn't already preloaded).

With either a smart TV or a streaming device, you'll need an internet connection because all streaming services like Fubu, Hulu and the myriads of others are hosted on the internet.

Hope that answers your question.

BTW, I only watch Fubo on my TV.

This is exactly what I'm using and doing after the season.

There’s a way to sync up the radio and tv broadcast but I haven’t figured it out
