Utah shaken after experiencing racism near hotel

Utah coach Lynne Roberts said her team experienced a series of racial hate crimes after arriving at its first NCAA tournament hotel and was forced to change hotels during the event for safety concerns.

This just hurts my heart being from CDA
Nobody should have to experience this. CDA is home to some of the most gracious people I have known. Unfortunately it is home to a minority of overtly racist individuals.
As a CDA resident, I wish I could personally apologize to each an every one of them.

It's sad that people act like this. Reading through the reports, it doesn't sound like any crimes were committed, though. Just people being extremely rude.
