The Panthers. They are historically bad. And they are stuck with a #1 pick QB that is flaming out and probably wouldn't start in the XFL.
Yeah, the Giants are going to stink - but they actually have a little bit of talent available.
Now the throwback unis - and I don't care how long ago it was - those alone should have them banned from the league.
