  • Went to cbssports.com to see when the PAC 12 game was. Clicked on the title:

Your guide to this Saturday's conference title games

They listed the Power 5 conferences first:
    Big12, SEC, ACC, Big 12

And then the group of five conferences.

    No Pac 12!

I am sure it'll be fixed, but still.

  • Having the P12 championship on Friday is incredibly stupid, as are holding games on Thursday and Friday nights during the season. Larry Scott is a terrible commissioner.

When those are the only spots offered for national games, you have to take what you can get.

Yeah they're really caught between a rock and a hard place. Not sure what the answer is outside of someone, anyone for God's sake stepping up and contending for a national title regularly and winning one here and there. Actually a couple someone's would be best.

One of the problems the conference has is that college football just isn't as important to people on the west coast as it is in the South and Midwest.

I guess Pete could go back to USC and make them national again.......... just kidding, honest. :242735:

And yes, Larry Scott is $h!t.

That's true to a point but the Pac-12 is also has the most parity of any conference. Add to that, the pool of available recruits is far less in the lower populated west compared to the east coast.
