As a Coug fan I'm bummed

Definitely a risk there. I think there was a certain ceiling for Leach, which the Cougs might not reach again for a while. Then again, there is the possibility they'll be able to push passed that ceiling with somebody else.

I know who I want to replace him, if they can get him. Go get Alex Grinch.

Unfortunately there's just as much chance they go back to what they were under Paul Wulff.

Alex Grinch or Graham Harrell.

I think this is a pretty big loss for the Cougs and the PAC-12.
Even as a UW fan I liked how he called out the PAC-12 for their shenanigans from time to time.

The PAC-12 took a hit losing Pederson and Leach this offseason.

Petersen? No, I truly believe that Jimmy Lake will be an upgrade, in recruiting and on the field.
