Could he be the next Boykin? (minus the legal troubles)

Idk. He has a history of folding under pressure. He's really good when the D isn't getting to him, and his RBs are getting chunk yards. But when he has the D in his face, and the running game is ineffective, he hasn8played well historically.

Look at his last 2 games, teams forced him to beat them, and he couldn't.

You don't think he could pick from Russ' brain for the next 3 years as a backup and get better? In reality, the main thing we need to think about as far as a back-up or draft pick concerning QB is that we're not in immediate need of one. It's almost like Favre->Rodgers. I don't expect us to get the next Rodgers but it's similar in the fact that we don't need them to start so soon, they can take a while to figure things out and learn from (imo) one of the best in the business.
