That went "eeek"

Everyone here realizes not all of the play is based on the players but our play calls... Just like our 3 and Managable calls on offense

Ken Norton needs to go.. but... one of those dudes you said EEEK on had an INT and 11 Tackles to lead the team... just saying

That was me and they were awful today.

Griffin gave up 2 plays for a 95+ TD drive. Flowers got burned often and even had one bounce off his chest while sitting on his butt.

No real way to sugarcoat a very bad day for them.

Hopefully Dunbar is ready to go again.

Thanks for looking for some positives, but that secondary is absolutely horrid.

Shaq got the nice int but he gave up plays he shouldn't have all day long. Flowers made some nice plays today, but he too was too loose in coverage. We look like we're in zone even when we're in man. Things got worse when Adams went out, but I was proud of how they managed to make some plays on that last possession.

Just maybe the players we have are not that good. Who knows. But they can’t play like this anymore or this team is done. Might need to get some guys off the street and see if they are better.

When all your players suddenly start to struggle?

It is the coach, not the players.

Griffin and Flowers are OK. Not great. But decent.

The guy charged with putting them in place to succeed is the issue.

I have said it once and I have said before. KEN NORTON needs to go. His defensive scheme and approach is the worst. He has no sense of pushing motivation. Same players but yet we looked more hungry than ever in the last defensive sequel because our backs were against the wall. This is all coaching to do it through out the game but yet this lazy eye sloth has no emotions to boost motivation. We had the worst defensive stats since he came on board.

Was ken norton the DC two years ago??

Shaq was rated 3rd worst CB in PFF. Last year he became average and this yeare he is on pace to be bottom again. This was his 1st pick in 30 games as well. He is not who people want him to be.

Obviously we need to run everybody that ever makes a mistake out of town.

This is totally unacceptable only being 3-0 when we should be 5-0 already.

Totally unacceptable.

Our secondary has had to face a murderers row of QBs and Receivers this year, and all of them were forced to keep up.

The secondary isn't as bad as the yardage total says it is. In fact it's probably better.

Giving up 400+ yds passing is indicative of a problem.

We can either fix it now.

Or fix it after we lose in the playoffs to the 1st playoff caliber (non-wildcard) team we meet.

Better to address this now than after an important loss.

Weirdly, Diggs was not injured (last week's excuse) and we still gave up 30 pts and over 400 yds passing.

Almost lost again but for Wilson.

Norton is going to hold this team back unless he improves or we get someone else.

Our corners are not great. But they are not the worst in history. Since this defense is historically bad, it probably isn't the corners but instead the guy in charge of how they are used.

Is the problem with the D Pete, as it his his defense as many credit him for, is it Norton as he is the DC? Norton not creative enough for the job? I'm genuinely curious. Person I do feel like Norton is just a DC out of his era.

Not even going to argue that our defense is ok, but we’ve played 3 high octane offenses and won. What makes you think we necessarily lose a playoff game?

We also were down Dunbar.

They are struggling but most NFL defenses are. We can win this way. Obviously fixing it is ideal but it’s not necessarily a deal breaker

Pretty much across the league the Offenses have been more dominant, there are outliers of course but each game seems to be 30 plus points and very close, I don't think this is an accident, defenses need to get in sync and a team with a good or better QB can find underneath routes all day which is a lot of what we see.

We are also not seeing snot locker type hits really, again this is the rules and the effect of them on the DB's.

I don't enjoy it as much, seems more arena league then NFL level of play.

Some of you aren’t paying attention. 36-30 is the new 23-20. This is how the game goes now. You hope to make the odd stop but mostly you play defense just to slow the opponent down a bit.

Roger’s NFL is all about fantasy scoring.
