is and has been the best quarterback in the league for a while now. And he'll be the best quarterback in the league for probably another 8-10 years.

Even here he's under appreciated. He's Peyton Manning with athleticism. He's what you'd get if Peyton Manning and Barry Sanders made a baby.

He's stupidly unbelievable, and we're lucky to have him.

On Monday morning RW and Mahomes were co-equal QB phenomes. After MNF, on Tuesday Mahomes was #1, Rogers #2 and RW was #3. RW's respect was short lived.
Listening to several sports talk shows I'm frequently startled that Mahomes is given credit as the foundation of the "athletic" QB. Most of us that have followed Wilson since he came into the league remember that for most of career he was criticized for using his athleticism and not standing "in the pocket" like a traditional QB. IMO, Wilson can make all the throws that Mahomes can. Mahomes benefited from day one being in a pass friendly offense, something that Wilson has not had for most of his career. Wilson opened the door for the likes of Mahomes, Jackson, Murray, Allen and the like.
