Potentially worst D ever to a legitimate force

All they had to become was average with the way Russ was playing for this to be a SB contender. They’ve greatly exceeded that and just flew around for 4 quarters against a SB hopeful team in a pseudo playoff game.

Adams play is infectious. Guys are feeding off his unbelievable talent and emotion. DJ Reed has embodied what the LOB meant with physical play backed up with jawing. KJ is having one of the best seasons of his career. Dunlap was the steal of the season.

It may not always be pretty. I’m not a huge fan of KNJ. But god damn it did they not fix this ship and fix it in a hurry.

Also just to point out - this was the best defensive performance for Pete against McVay I think ever.

Great gameplan and guys finally executed. With some luck that Goff is actively regressing and holding their offense back. But even as Goff has gotten worse he usually tooled on the Hawks. So kudos to the staff for finally shutting them down.

They played like an elite defense today. It was awesome to watch.

They were horrible.

They were horrible last year, kind of found a way to be good at times but at the end were still not good.

This year they were horrible and just seem to be progressively getting better by the week. Not something you can really bank on, but they've had some massive contributions from new dudes (DJ Reed, like outta nowhere) and even the olds like Wagner and Wright are really getting it done.
