There has to be coaching changes. Absolutely no way we can go into next year with the same coaching staff. Schotty is the biggest culprit. We bitch about KNJ but the defense have been decent recently. The offense, on the other hand, have been embarrassing!

Rather the seahawks go 10-6 & make the second round this is a step backwards. What's the point of winning the division if you lose in the 1st round ?

If you aspire to be the Minnesota Twins of Football, then you're doing just fine.

Honestly, assuming fans are back in the stands next year, and the stadium keeps selling out, what exactly is the motivation to change? They're good enough to be good enough and that's good enough for ownership.
