Cant perform under pressure

I’m glad we won the division. That means something. I don’t think anyone thought we could even make the super bowl. Sucks to lose again in the first round and to the Rams.

And I have said before, Russ is great but he has never really won a big game for us. Maybe it’s not all Jim and out OC. But when we get tot the playoffs he has maybe one big win. He pulls out some miracles but never in the biggest games. Come at me all you want. Look at my history, I have never been a fan of Russ.

Yes changes should be made and the draft will be interesting. I can honestly say. Kw we won’t win another game this season lol.

Need a FO that will draft and develop Oline. Its been obvious, but Russ cant do it behind dumpster fires anymore.

Need a head coach that isnt stubborn and antiquated in his ways.
