Do you still support Carroll being Head Coach?

Offensive line was trash...They probably get pressure if they only send 3 guys....Blame the play calling for not throwing more screens.

You know we are kinda stuck with him, right?

Unless we can kick him upstairs and somehow prevent him from hiring his friends as coaches.

Would love to see him as #2 to GM with player development responsibilities but no say on coaches.

The issue with his track record of keeping terrible coordinators means I would never trust him to hire a HC, so you cannot even kick him upstairs.

There's stilll a chance he can modify his gameday philosophy.

Maybe 6 years of postseason failure displaying the exact same scheme/philosophy failures resulting in losses will get through that thick skull?

The league caught up to him awhile ago. Pete Ball has been figured out by the better teams and coaches.

The Better teams and head coaches don’t consistently spot their opponent a half or 3 quarters before making adjustments.

You can’t consistently spot your opponents half a game plus and expect to win deep into the playoffs.

As I said - "probably not".

But, if he was able to learn and grow, he would be a top HC again. Right now he is slightly above average during the regular season and bottom of the barrel in the playoffs.
