Watson wants input into GM position. Management ignores him. He demands trade. According to Athletic article, after those 7 turnovers against Bills and Rams, Wilson goes to Carroll/management to put some input on how the offense should be run. They/Pete brush him off. Should Wilson do what Watson did? I mean, this shows that they don’t respect Wilson.

More than anything else this shows that so called 'journalists' don't respect anyone or anything. But a huge difference in the mentioned situations is the ginormous difference between front office comparison of Seattle/Houston.

Watson was more upset with Cal McNair and Jack Esterby, that situation is toxic as all hell.

Wilson is upset with how the team is attempting to play football. Which can be saved.

No because for Watson he asked they said no, and he asked to be traded

For Wilson, he asked they blew him off, and he did not ask to be traded
