Happens all the time to men. If a woman got locked out and broke in to her own home, no charges filed.

This sucks man.

He's having a hard time.

If you're going through a separation, just quit drinking for awhile, and if you can't, get some help.

He'll bounce back, people screw up, and it always takes two.

Hearing he was denied bail. Is that common in these types of cases or does that insinuate that it’s on the more serious side of the spectrum?

He’s going through a separation??

Damn.

Richie, Richie, Richie….

What’s becoming of the Legion of Boom?

Browner, prison, Thomas, keeps getting in trouble, Sherman? Now in jail?

At least Chancellor is a stand up guy!

I’ve always said Chancellor is the best of the bunch.

On and off the field….

I'm guessing, we'll see...

Exactly. Seems way out of character.

Not condoning DV at all. But love can make you do some awful and regretful things some times..

Denied Bail

It takes a lot for a person of his stature to be denied bail

I’d bet that this part of the ESPN story is why his bail was denied:

“He fought with police but was eventually apprehended and taken to a local hospital to be checked but was cleared and then booked into the King County Correctional Facility.”

Takes a lot for anyone to be denied bail. This sounds like a good bit more than a he-said-she-said moment.

Yes, until they are to go in front of a judge and the judge assesses the situation.
That can change or not depending on the judges decision.

It’s unfortunate that someone so intelligent let’s himself get into the situation.
Just goes to show intelligent people still make dumb decisions.

Disappointed in Sherm, hoping it’s all BS, but if he is guilty he needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Per an article someone linked in the NFL forum..

“ A spokesman for the Redmond (Washington) Police Department tells ESPN that a 911 call from the residence was received at 2 am PT. The person making the call said that an adult male family member who did not live at the residence was attempting to force his way into the home.”

Also said no one was injured. I know Washington state is really harsh with DV but I’m definitely intrigued in what will happen and how this shakes out.

If he broke into his OWN house, that shouldn't be against the law. Otherwise I guess I'm a criminal, too.

Nah, that's everyone until they can get in front of a judge. We'll probably hear about bail later.
