I really admire his self-confidence, his level headed attitude, his desire to see people get a 2nd chance. Unselfishness, Selflessness, Grounded, and the self confidence to follow what he believes in, and the smarts to take the positive from his bad experiences in his life without considering who's to blame, only how he can improve from it.
His goal in life is to help others when he can. This is somebody I could aspire to be like, to learn from.
