The most obvious was the No call PI..

Wouldn’t be so bad If the entire officiating crew wasn’t from the Midwest as well..


Hell yeah, last place in the Division. A possibly historically bad defense in franchise history led by a DC who has better job Security than anyone else due to his RahRah Coach..


(Example is coaching staff: this game also. Players come here through the season do great, spend an off season with the coaches and then suck really bad.)

No call of the interference in the end zone was bad, so was the miss of the pi against Metcalf when he jumped.

That being said this loss, like many of them, falls squarely on Pete.

They didn't cause us to have the worst defensive coordinator in the NFL.

However NFW should refs from the same region as either team should be officiating either. The swalled the whistle on a few holds by that Vikings line you could see everytime a replay was done for Madison. And a very clear and obvious PI in the end.

Did they get in the way of Seattle? No. But not calling that PI was utter shit. Or the PI before that where the defender (Woods) was clearly early to DK and snagged him by his jersey from the air.

Pete Carroll and KNJ got in seattles way. The game is past them, and well let’s be real. More Madden players could call up better defensive plays than KNJ

It takes a special kind of optimism to witness what might be the worst NFL defense ANY fan of ANY team has ever endured...and then blame it on the referees.

You have to admire just how committed some Seahawk fans can be that they will willfully ignore some of the worst football played in professional capacity ever, and then reach for straws to blame it on the refs.

The refs missed calls. That PI was one. It would not have changed the outcome.

Not blaming this s#*t show loss on the Refs, but y'all have to admit, that they indeed sucked big time at officiating in this game.

The uncalled PI in the end zone was triggering. That's called against the Hawks it seems almost every time.

But this loss is about a bend then bend then break defense paired with an offensive line that doesn't know how to pick up blitzes. For years. It's so tiring to watch linebackers who are barely touched hammer Russ.

I agree..

But everything else for our defense is what cost us the game. No gap control, Cover 2 1 high .... base defense. LBs covering TEs... No Blair most of the game... none of our other corners getting to action.

Maybe you should read the either A) The entire post and not just comment on a fraction of it.. so it doesn’t make your own post seem so ignorant. Or other posts on the thread.. where I said it’s the defense, KNJ and PC who got in the way and screwed the pooch.

You have to have seen multiple people bring up the officiating. It sucked but to look at the production of this defense and think good playcalling would have mattered would require amazing optimism to the point of making Wilson look like a pessimist.

If someone jumps into this thread with the intent of pinning this loss on the refs? That is who is being addressed.

And no, I think you can be completely blindly optimistic, to the point of wishcraft - and not be stupid, just deluding yourself. If someone is stupid, that is usually a physical issue.

Deluding yourself to the point of obliviousness is a choice. Not implying it was a choice you made either.

But anyone pinning this loss on the refs? Probably is making that choice.

Anyone who has ever watched the Falcons will tell you that you haven’t endured anything. Not even close.
