I am finding it strange that Russ has not yet been placed on IR so that we can bring in another QB to be the backup.

If QBs were allowed to kick to receivers I would say put in Dickson

Jake Luton is on PS and can be called up on game days or brought up to active roster since there is now an open spot. Or they can sign someone else to fill that, say Blake Bortles.
