Opposing offensive strategy

This seems to be the game plan for everyone who plays us. 1st down, whatever. 2nd down, whatever. Third down, curl a back or TE or receiver right into the middle of the field about 8 yards from LOS, dink a pass to them and boom, first down. Repeat till game is over. This play literally works every time against Nortons defense. So frustrating to watch it happen over and over again, and they never make an adjustment.
