Balls in Russell's court. Always has been with his no-trade clause.
I disagree. The team is in control.

Yes, Russ can nix a trade but if the team doesn't want to trade him they won't.

Well, the holdout would be the leverage Russell holds, in this scenario. The fact remains that Russell holds the leverage and the ability to take his ball and go home.

He can force himself out. I don't think the team will sit on him and get nothing in return.

Is this likely? No.

Russ stays and so does Pete. We lost 3 winnable games because of his injury (including the Ram game), and a couple more because he's a warrior and he tried to come back sooner than he should have. It's not unrealistic to think we could have won 4 of those games, so instead of 7-10 we'd be 11-6 and in the tournament.

enjoy that is all.

If Pete stays, Russ ain't going nowhere, Pete's the biggest Russell Wilson fan, even more so that J63.
So you're saying he's going somewhere.
It would be either russ is going nowhere or russ isn't going anywhere if you think he's staying.

Sure doesn't look like a guy who wants to leave imo.
It COULD happen, but until I see it, meh. Just another off season of stories for clicks. And yes, I do think there has been some legit tension.

Well one of his predictions will be right. Either he gets traded or he wont.

Russ would never hold out because that would hurt his "brand" and he is hypervigilant about coming off as a good guy in public. FWIW, he IS a good guy.

Even if he's healthy the entire year, they might have been 9-8

There are holes. Time to rebuild.
